Assisted Living

What is Assisted Living? A person needing assistance with activities of daily living also known as Custodial Care will be considered for admission to our assisted living.

Memorial Hospital offers a limited number of private assisted living rooms. Anyone needing assistance with their daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting and medications) will be considered for admission. Residents also receive daily meals, housekeeping and laundry services.

All potential residents will be evaluated to asses if Memorial Hospital Assisted Living is the right choice for you. Our commitment is to provide exceptional individual care to our residents.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact our Director of Nursing or Director of Social Service at (402) 643-2971.
