Schedule your School Physical for the 2024-25 school year!
- All students that would like to participate in athletics need to have a sports physical.
- A physical exam is required upon entry to kindergarten and at 7th grade.
The providers of MHCS recommend that all children 0-18 have a yearly physical. this is a great time to get up-to-date on immunizations and start discussion on topics of substance abuse, chronic illnesses, healthy eating, self-care, risky vs. safe behaviors, driving, concussion awareness and suicide prevention.
