Health Information Technician Full Time position M-F. Maintains and contributes to patient care by organizing and maintaining the patients record. Ensure the quality of the medical record by verifying the completeness, accuracy and proper entries in the electronic health record. This position will assist with the credentialing process by ensuring that all documents required are accurate, genuine, current and in good standing. Preforms other clerical duties as requested. High School graduate plus 2 to 3 years of medical records experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. This is not a remote position.
